- At least 6 years of experience in backend development with Java and, ideally, Python.
- Experience building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of asynchronous and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
- Experience with Cloud environments and cloud-native development.
- Experience integrating LLMs and AI solutions into enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience with AI Agents, MCP Servers, orchestration frameworks, or AI tool integrations.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI Tool Integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of application observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- English fluent.
