Description

-Must have - Fluent in English - They live within a reasonable commuting distance from our office.

-Willingness to work also from our office (although we are remote-friendly).

  • Ideally +3 years of recent experience as a developer with a relevant technology stack.
  • Job stability, no job-hoppers - Relevant technical experience -

The technology used in the projects depends on the client and our projects team.

-In some cases, our project team gets to choose the tech. In other cases, our client decides it. It’s beneficial to know more than one modern programming language (both front-end and back-end) and know the fundamentals of computer science.

-The person has to know one language very well, and have the capacity to learn along the way.

-Nice to have - Hints of hobby projects or interest in technology outside work. Passion for tech.

Requirements

Back-end

Front-end

  • React.js - Vue.js - Typescript - ClojureScript - Purescript

DevOps (Someone who has done programming before and is now into Ops)

  • Kubernetes - Docker - AWS - GCP - Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment Other - Functional Programming -paradigm - Automated testing, TDD, Unit testing - Mentoring - Facilitating - Bespoke software - Consultant skills

Methodology

  • Agile, scrum, kanban - Pair programming - Teamwork - Code review
