Advanced Engineering: We are looking for specialists with proven experience in:
Asynchronous processing and background threads.
Concurrency handling and performance optimization.
Identifying bottlenecks and optimizing backend services for high-load environments.
Developing comprehensive unit and integration tests.
Communication: Full proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Leadership: Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and change management skills.
Availability: Immediate start preferred (maximum 1-month notice period).
