Senior Fullstack Developer -Angular/Python (Remote, Portugal based Candidate Only)

We’re Hiring: Senior Fullstack Developer (Angular/Python)

Location: Full Remote (Candidates must be based in Portugal)

We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior Fullstack Developer to join our long-term project team. If you're passionate about building modern, cloud-native applications and enjoy working across the full product lifecycle, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Envision, design, and implement scalable cloud-based systems using AWS
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all phases: analysis, design, development, and deployment
• Actively contribute to architectural design discussions and code reviews
• Build modern, microservice-based applications
• Produce and maintain technical documentation
• Work closely with distributed teams across different time zones

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in

Python backend development

• 5+ years of experience with the

Angular framework

• Strong expertise in

FastAPI for building high-performance applications

• Advanced experience with pytest for testing
• Solid knowledge of

SQLAlchemy

• Experience designing and consuming

REST APIs

• Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines

(preferably GitLab CI/CD)

• Experience with containerization tools (Docker or Podman)
• Strong understanding of

AWS cloud architecture

• Proficiency in software design patterns and clean architecture principles
• Frontend fundamentals: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with automated deployments using GitLab
• Comfortable working in distributed teams across time zones
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and analytical skills (English required)

Nice to Have

• Experience with

VBA

• Exposure to

LLM models

• Background in data analysis and tools like Power BI
• Knowledge of AWS services such as Aurora, Lambda, etc.
