We are currently looking for a
Senior Fullstack Developer – Java / React
5 years of professional software development experience
, ideally in a Senior Fullstack role.
Strong back-end development experience with
SQL and relational databases, such as
MS SQL Server or equivalent RDBMS.
Git for version control.
Strong experience writing unit and integration tests
Experience with troubleshooting, bug fixing and code optimisation.
Experience producing and maintaining technical documentation, preferably using
Knowledge of DevOps practices, including
CI/CD, GitHub workflows and GitHub Actions
Maven or equivalent package management/build tools.
Front-end development experience with
React and Next.js
Familiarity with software testing methodologies such as
Ability to participate in architecture discussions, technical decision-making and code reviews
Hibernate, JPA or equivalent ORM technologies.
Knowledge of application architectures such as
Microservices, Hexagonal Architecture and Event-Driven Architecture
AWS or other Cloud platforms.
Experience with pair programming.
Comfortable acting as a technical reference and supporting other members of the development team.
Generalizing-specialist mindset, with the flexibility and curiosity to work across different technologies and responsibilities.

Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Senior profile – between 5 and 8 years of professional experience.
The ideal candidate is able to work under broad direction, act as a technical role model, facilitate technical and architectural decisions, and positively influence teams beyond their immediate scope.
Hybrid – Lisbon
2 non-consecutive days per week at the office
3 days per week working remotely
The position follows two different annual schedules and includes
12 Additional Compensation Days
, on top of the regular annual leave entitlement.
Winter Schedule – October to May | 43 hours/week

The additional Compensation Days are fixed during national holiday periods:
5 days between Christmas and New Year
5 days during Easter
2 days during Carnival
€1,850–€2,150 per month
Includes all components: fixed compensation, variable compensation, meal allowance, remote work allowance and benefits.
