Estimate effort and ensure delivery timelines
Support and train junior team members
Collaborate with the team in Spain
Develop Java solutions integrated with physical devices
Degree in Computer Engineering or similar
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Java 11, Java Swing, Spring Boot, and Elasticsearch;
Experience with PostgreSQL and SOAP & REST web services
Communication protocols (TCP, UDP, H264, MPEG, etc.)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in fast-paced environments
Collaborative mindset and problem-solving attitude
Ability to communicate in and understand Spanish
