#### Senior Java Developer

Are you passionate about Java development and high-quality data platforms? Then this position is for you.

As Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a referential data application within a global electronic equities platform.

Build side

• Develop and maintain the referential data application for equities data
• Implement backend services using Java and Spring frameworks
• Contribute to the development of high-quality, secure, and performant systems
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (analysis, development, testing, documentation)
• Work on frontend components using Angular and React (SPA) when required

Run side

• Collaborate with production support teams for release and maintenance
• Provide L3 support and work directly with business users to understand requirements
• Ensure platform data quality and timeliness of delivery
• Maintain and optimize existing systems and codebases
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices

You have at least 5 years of experience in software development. You are comfortable working in complex environments and contributing to data-driven platforms.

You have experience working on backend systems and possibly full stack environments. You enjoy working with large-scale applications, improving performance, and collaborating with business and technical teams.

• Java (1.8+) development
• Spring framework (Core, IoC, Batch)
• Relational databases (RDBMS) and SQL
• Messaging systems and asynchronous communication
• CI/CD tools, Maven, Git, Shell scripting, JavaScript
• Frontend or full stack development (Angular, React)
• Agile software development methodologies
• Software testing and requirement analysis
• Experience with large or complex codebases
• Exposure to financial services, ideally Corporate Investment Banking and Cash Equities
