We are looking for an Senior Java Developer!
Responsabilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side applications and core platform components.
- Design and implement new features and enhancements for business-critical systems.
- Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
- Ensure applications meet high standards of quality, security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, high-performance, and testable code following software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support application releases, maintenance activities, and production deployments.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Provide advanced production support and troubleshoot complex technical issues when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience working in fast-paced, business-critical environments.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience with application modernization, migration, or refactoring initiatives.
- Strong expertise in Java 17+.
- Extensive experience developing server-side applications.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
- Proven ability to develop scalable, high-performance, maintainable, and testable applications.
- Experience designing and implementing distributed systems and system integrations.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
