Senior Java Developer

This allows us to offer an international context, diverse challenges, and long-term career opportunities, while staying close to our teams. /pp We would like to meet a Senior Java Developer for a project with a hybrid working model: /pp Responsibilities: /pulli Bachelor#39;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. /lili Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and proficiency in the latest editions of Java, including expertise in Spring Boot. /lili Strong knowledge of AWS, Microservices architecture, and design patterns. /lili Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. /lili Experience in frontend technologies like React.js or Angular is a strong plus. /lili Experience in NodeJs and PostgreSQL database is a plus. /lili Solid grasp of security best practices related to APIs and data privacy. /lili Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and a commitment to driving Agile practices within the team. /lili Comfortable with DevOps practices involving configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, Gitflow, IaC, deployment patterns among others. /lili Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. /lili Proficiency in English is a must. /li /ulp Requirements: /pulli Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications. /lili Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. /lili Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the applications. /lili Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment with business requirements and meet delivery timelines. /lili Prioritize and facilitate the early resolution of client issues, ensuring adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA). /lili Conduct code reviews, contribute to critical feature designs, and ensure the overall quality of the team#39;s deliverables. /lili Flag technical debt and areas of improvements, making sure they are properly documented and taken into account when defining priorities. /lili Implement a robust documentation system for knowledge base, onboarding, knowledge transfer, and communication in software development activities. /lili Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems. /lili Follow Agile Scrum development process for application development. /li /ulp Find with us the right opportunity to grow! /pp What you can expect from us: /pulli Long-term projects with national and international context /lili Opportunities to grow technically and professionally /lili A people-first culture, focused on transparency and trust /lili Teams that value ownership, collaboration and stability /li /ulp Join us Send us your CV in English to with reference "DA / Java". /pp Your next challenge might start here. /pp At Decskill, we are committed to equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
