Senior Java Developer – FIX Protocol / Electronic Trading

We are looking for a FIX Gateway Developer / Engineer to join a team responsible for the development, integration, and operation of FIX-based trading gateways in a high-performance and low-latency environment.

This role focuses on FIX protocol integration, backend development, and operational support, working closely with trading, infrastructure, and integration teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain FIX Gateways (FIX 4.x)
• Implement and support FIX protocol integrations with internal and external systems
• Analyze and troubleshoot connectivity, messaging, and performance issues
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation and operational support
• Ensure gateway stability, availability, and performance
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities
• Work closely with infrastructure and middleware teams
• Contribute to documentation and operational procedures

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with FIX Protocol (FIX 4.x)
• Experience with Java development
• Solid experience working on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Strong Shell scripting skills
• Experience with IBM MQ
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
