Senior Java Full Stack Software Engineer

This is your mission

Are you passionate about designing and delivering robust full‑stack applications in modern cloud environments? Then this position is for you.

As a Senior Java Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing high‑quality features and shaping innovative technical solutions within our ecosystem.

Build side

Deliver shippable features as part of an Agile/Scrum team

Design, develop and integrate business workflow applications

Configure and implement business rules using BPMN technologies

Develop and maintain Appway workflows

Contribute to architectural decisions and propose technical improvements

Implement clean, maintainable and well‑tested code

Collaborate closely with product owners, architects and QA teams

Run side

Maintain and enhance existing applications and workflows

Diagnose and resolve technical issues across back‑end and front‑end components

Support continuous integration and deployment processes

Ensure performance, scalability and reliability of delivered features

Coach junior developers depending on experience

This is your background

You have several years of experience working in demanding software engineering environments. You enjoy solving complex problems, staying up to date with the latest technologies, and contributing actively to team growth. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where collaboration drives innovation.

This is your expertise

Strong command of Java, Spring, JPA/Hibernate, SQL and relational databases

Experience with Angular or another modern front‑end framework

Knowledge of BPMN and workflow engines (Appway is a plus)

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

Experience with tools such as Git, Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Maven, JUnit

Exposure to technologies such as MongoDB, Kafka, Python, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Kotlin (nice-to-have)

Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming, design patterns, algorithms, UML and software testing
