Senior/Lead Java Developer (Hybrid model)

This opportunity is offered by a client operating with a horizontal organizational model that emphasizes collaboration over hierarchy. Candidates are expected to bring strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and an energetic, forward-thinking attitude.

For more experienced professionals, additional responsibilities are expected. Senior-level candidates should be comfortable guiding and mentoring less experienced colleagues, contributing to their technical growth. Lead-level professionals are expected to take a more active role in integrating new team members, providing structured onboarding support, and acting as a technical reference point and example for the broader team.

Core Requirements (Senior and Lead Profiles)

• A completed higher education degree

• Solid experience in Java backend development, with strong theoretical foundations (Java 8 or higher)
  • Minimum 5 years for Senior profiles

  • Minimum 8 years for Lead profiles

• Proven experience working with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks

• Practical knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL-based systems

• Hands-on experience with JPA and Hibernate

• Understanding of modern application architecture patterns, including microservices and hexagonal architecture

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and practices

• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level

Additional Requirements for Lead Profile

• Demonstrated experience supporting and mentoring team members from a technical perspective

• Background in onboarding junior developers and facilitating their integration into the team

• Ability to serve as a role model, promoting best practices and team cohesion

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to frontend development using Angular or other modern frontend frameworks

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or equivalent technologies

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Genuine interest in continuous learning and professional development

• Experience working within Agile environments, particularly using Scrum methodologies
