We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (Java & React or angular) to join our team of passionate software professionals. Your Role
You will design, develop, and maintain modern web applications, with a strong focus on backend development using Java and Spring Boot, while also contributing to frontend solutions built with React. Your work will support critical business applications and digital products, helping organizations innovate and scale.
Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with product owners, architects, designers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and enhance user interfaces using React or angular and modern frontend technologies
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
- Design and optimize database models, queries, and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Ensure application quality through testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and enterprise systems
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and cloud-based deployments
- Support continuous improvement of development standards, tools, and processes
What We're Looking ForJunior Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in software development (including internships or professional projects)
- Knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming principles
- Familiarity with Spring Boot or similar backend frameworks
- Basic experience with React, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Understanding of REST APIs and relational databases
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development practices
- Eagerness to learn modern development methodologies and technologies
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus
Senior Profile
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and application development
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise application design
- Solid experience developing frontend applications with React
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience designing and implementing scalable microservices architectures
- Strong knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus
Common Qualifications
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Understanding of application security and secure development practices
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
