We are currently building the 2nd generation management layer for our Odoo PaaS hosting platform. Tasks

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll own the lifecycle of features that power our next-gen hosting platform, working closely with our DevOps team to bridge the gap between software and infrastructure.

• Build & Scale: Design and develop the management layer for our PaaS platform, bridging backend logic (FastAPI) with sleek frontend interactivity (React).
• Architect for Quality: Own the full development lifecycle—from initial concept to deployment. You'll ensure high standards through rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior talent.
• Innovate with AI: Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development and solve complex problems.
• Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-performance technical reality.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced developer who is highly independent, analytical, and thrives in a "lean" environment.

• Experience: >3 years of professional Full Stack experience.
• Education: Higher studies in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
• The Stack: Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI) and TypeScript (React) and AI coding tools.
• English Fluency: As an international firm, we operate entirely in English. You must be a confident communicator and a true team player.
• Location: You are already located in (or willing to relocate to) Lisbon to join our local hub.
• Mindset: Analytical, self-managed, and comfortable with a high degree of autonomy.

Bonus skills

• Cloud-native experience with Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Firestore) is a plus.
• Conceptual knowledge of Hosting & DevOps (Jenkins, Ansible) is a plus.
