What you will be doing
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases, ensuring performance, reliability, and efficiency;
- Create and maintain Stored Procedures (SPs), functions, and advanced SQL queries to support business and technical requirements;
- Analyze database performance and identify opportunities for optimization and tuning;
- Support the optimization of existing queries and Stored Procedures, improving execution times and overall database performance;
- Collaborate with development and technical teams to troubleshoot database issues and implement effective solutions;
- Contribute to DevOps practices and processes, supporting continuous improvement across development and deployment workflows.
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Informatics, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with SQL Server;
- Solid knowledge of Stored Procedures, functions, advanced SQL queries, and SQL Server database tuning;
- Experience supporting query and Stored Procedure optimization;
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (preferred);
- Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English.
