What are we looking for?

10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java backend;

Experience leading complex technical initiatives and cross-team collaboration;

Experience in coaching and mentoring junior engineers, promoting engineering best practices;

Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns;

Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and TDD (Shift-Left);

Proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipelines;

Experience with Spring Boot and other relevant backend frameworks;

Experience with Terraform;

Knowledge of Kafka;

Experience with Kubernetes;

Experience with GraphQL Federation;

Knowledge of Azure Cloud.
