Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Relevant experience in the clinical/pharmaceutical industry (typically 5–10 years, depending on seniority)
Strong programming skills in R (intermediate to advanced level)
Solid knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM)
Experience in generating Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLFs)
Understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle and statistical analysis processes
Experience in dataset and output validation
Ability to interpret statistical requirements and translate them into programming solutions
Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g., statisticians, clinicians, data managers)
Strong communication and technical documentation skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferred)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with regulatory submissions (ISS/ISE, FDA/EMA) and handling regulatory queries
Familiarity with industry-specific tools (e.g., GSK tools)
Knowledge of SAS
Experience in specific therapeutic areas (e.g., oncology, pharmacokinetics, real-world data)
Experience working with real-world data sources (e.g., EHR, claims databases, registries)
Knowledge of SQL (especially for Real World Data roles)
