Systems Integration Developer

We are looking for a Systems Integration Developer. This role is suited to developers with solid hands-on experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE) and strong Java skills to support modern, API-driven integration solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain message-oriented integration solutions primarily using TIBCO BWCE, with supporting Java development

Own delivery of assigned solutions, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability

Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose solutions

Follow and promote best practices in coding, documentation, and CI/CD

Work closely with partner and platform teams to deliver robust, integrated solutions

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 6 or Container Edition) and TIBCO EMS

Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot

Solid understanding of integration patterns, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and messaging

Experience with Docker and container-based deployments

Comfortable working in English, written and spoken.
