Tableau Developer

Tableau Developer We are looking for a Tableau Developer to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Lisbon or Porto Main Tasks:

Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that deliver clear and actionable business insights.

Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business requirements.

Collaborate closely with data engineers and analysts to guarantee data accuracy, integrity, and availability.

Work with large datasets, performing data cleansing and optimizing queries for performance and scalability.

Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions that support decision-making.

Conduct training sessions and workshops to help users effectively adopt and use Tableau dashboards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tableau dashboards, reports, and data sources.

Monitor and continuously improve the performance of existing dashboards and reporting solutions.

Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation for dashboards, reports, and data sources.

Stay current with the latest Tableau features, capabilities, and best practices.

Contribute to a broader data ecosystem involving data feeds industrialization, ETL, data warehousing, and data visualization. Profile:

Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Tableau Developer.

Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

Professional experience with Python, especially Pandas.

Solid experience with SQL and ETL processes.

Experience optimizing data processes, including efficient queries and memory management practices.

Background in Data Analysis or Data Engineering.

Familiarity with other visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.

Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, is a plus.

Interest in or exposure to financial markets is a plus.

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
