For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

5 years of proven experience with webMethods, including development, integration, and maintenance of solutions
Strong experience in technical leadership roles
Ability to define technical standards and best practices
Experience leading and mentoring development teams
Experience performing code reviews and ensuring delivery quality
Involvement in designing and defining integration architectures
Experience integrating webMethods with SAP (e.g. SAP migrations, B2B, IDocs, SAP connectors) (plus)
Relevant certifications in Software AG / IBM webMethods (plus)
Certifications or experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (plus)
English language skills at least a B2 level
This position is remote-based in Lisbon, Portugal with a need of an occasional visit to the office. Candidates should be living in Lisbon, Portugal, and have a Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit, to be considered.
