About the Role: Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with experience in Messaging / A2P SMS environments to join an international telecommunications project focused on SMS interconnections and traffic performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve technical incidents related to SMS interconnections
  • Monitor SMS route performance (delivery rates, latency, errors)
  • Troubleshoot A2P SMS delivery and performance issues
  • Analyse logs and technical indicators to identify root causes
  • Work closely with mobile operators and international partners
  • Validate new SMS routes and interconnections

Required Skills

  • Experience in telecommunications or messaging environments (SMS / A2P / CPaaS)
  • Knowledge of messaging or communication protocols
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with ticketing/support systems
  • Basic Linux knowledge
  • English B2/C1

Hybrid – Lisbon (Alcântara)

  • 3 days in the office one week / 2 days the following week
