Please note that this role requires relocating to Dubai and working on-site in Dubai

We are looking for a Unity Developer to join our iGaming product team and help build high-quality, real-money casino and betting games . You will be responsible for developing engaging, performant, and compliant Unity-based games, working closely with artists, animators, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver polished experiences across desktop and mobile platforms .

Key Responsibilities

Game Development

  • Develop and maintain Unity-based iGaming products (slots, crash games, instant win, table games).
  • Implement gameplay logic, UI, animations, and effects using C# and Unity .
  • Integrate math models, RNG outcomes, and server-driven game states .
  • Ensure games meet regulatory and compliance requirements for real-money gaming.

UI & UX Implementation

  • Implement responsive UI systems optimised for multiple screen sizes and devices.
  • Work with designers to translate UI/UX and motion designs into functional gameplay.
  • Implement audio, animations, and visual effects to enhance player engagement.

Technical & Performance

  • Optimise performance for WebGL, mobile (iOS/Android), and desktop builds.
  • Debug, profile, and resolve issues related to memory, frame rate, and stability.
  • Follow best practices for secure client-side development in a real-money environment.

Integration & Collaboration

  • Integrate Unity clients with backend services, APIs, and game servers .
  • Work closely with backend, QA, compliance, and product teams.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies .

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Unity and C# .
  • Experience shipping commercial Unity games or interactive products .
  • Solid understanding of game loops, UI systems, and animation workflows .
  • Experience integrating REST APIs, JSON, and client-server communication .
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Plastic SCM, or Perforce).
  • Ability to work in a regulated, production-focused environment .
