My name is Ahmed Zaki. I have finished my bachelor degree in Architecture in July 2018 from the British University in Egypt (BUE) and accredited by the Loughborough University London. My studies augmented with specialized courses enabled me to acquire the essential skills for analytical thinking, problem solving and systematic research.

Following my Bachelor degree, I wanted to pursue my dream to expand my experience in the field of Management and as a result I have started my Master’s degree in International Management at EU Business school Munich. This has broadened my knowledge in fields of management, marketing & Sales, Customer relation and business development. Choosing to study in Europe over the last years has been very enriching and inspiring to me.

I had the great privilege to get to know many students, from all continents, from which I have learned literally everyday something new about culture, science and social conventions.

I believe my skillset and motivation makes me the perfect candidate for your open position in customer service. Among the reasons are the following:

• I have experience dealing with customers and solving their problems in patience and ordinary level.
