Responsible for guiding the development team through regular code reviews, establishing best practices and improving overall code quality. Led and supported two interns, providing hands-on guidance and helping them adopt best practices and grow their technical skills. As a Junior Developer, I had more responsibilities, like helping new interns by solving some problems, among other things. Over the course of the year, I experienced several changes and worked with new frameworks, including Django and Nautobot Plugins. I also took on additional tasks and adopted new approaches, which enhanced my versatility.

I got a lot of knowledge and experience working in Natixis as a Network Engineer. I did tickets on Vue.js framework, Python related to frontend and backend. The application we were developing was used for another Team in Natixis. I understood how software engineering works, its organization, the way internal processes are carried out and how the team communicates to each member.
