Ana Moura

I'm a photographer and aspiring artist based in Porto, Portugal. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Audiovisual Communication and I have worked professionally as a retoucher, product photographer and photography assistant.

When it comes to my work, my main interests are editorial, street and fine art photography. The line that separates the three, for me, is sometimes blurred, since I take inspiration from all of them.

Video and sound are other areas that I want to evolve in. I strive to combine different medias to better express my ideas through images that invite the viewers into my world.

I have worked professionaly as a product photographer and photography assistant. Last year I interned in an e-commerce photography studio where I assisted the photographer in live model photoshoots, making sure all the guides for each shooting were being followed and helping the photographer in anything they might need, whether regarding lighting, equipment or something else. I also fulfilled the function of product photographer and retoucher.

My work experience together with my bachelor’s degree have allowed me to acquire a plethera of diverse skills which include: photographing (film and digital), handling lighting equipment, studio maintenance, lighting techniques and video shooting.
