My name is Ana Pais. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Technology and Management of Viseu (ESTGV). During my degree, I was able to reconcile my studies with other commitments, such as projects and event organization, showing myself to be organized and able to work under pressure.
In the last few months, I've been working as a Recruiting Manager at GBL Tech, participating in recruitment processes in Portugal. My duties include actively looking for candidates using different platforms, conducting interviews and developing reports for clients.
Prior to this experience, I had the opportunity to carry out a professional internship at Infineon Technologies, where I supported Infineon's recruitment processes in different locations, with emphasis on Portugal, France, Israel, Romania and Ukraine. Here I was responsible for the preselection of candidates, conducting interviews, active sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, developing Job Descriptions and Job ads, as well as developing analytical reports (such as KPIs, Recruitment Pushes and Marketflow). In addition, I had the opportunity to participate in job fairs.
I also had the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from other countries and from other areas (eg Marketing).
Currently, I am looking for challenging opportunities, in order to develop new skills and grow professionally
