Sometimes it takes a long journey to reach somewhere you can call home.

For me, that journey started in Biochemistry, continued in Nutrition, then went on to Administrative Work, until I finally found the place I like - Recruitment.

I'm passionate about sourcing and I genuinely enjoy talking to candidates and discovering their stories, their fields of expertise, their ambitions. Recruitment has enriched my knowledge and personality and though recruiters may have a bad reputation, I try my best to be one of the nice ones (no Ninja or Jedi job ads here, no smoke and mirrors - just transparency and empathy).

I started my recruitment career in Executive Search in the Medical Devices field and for the last 4 years I've been working in General Recruitment, from customer support to software development, from network engineering to accounting, to many others.

I recruit enthusiastic, hardworking and talented European candidates for international clients who care about their teams and I will be happy to chat in Portuguese, French or English.

I'm also a neurodiverse empathetic introvert who loves music, books and cooking, so feel free to share about neurodiversity, humour, Harry Potter, baking + cooking, linguistics, rock, classical, world music, travel - or whatever you like, as long as you're passionate about it!
