• Communication with Customer and Carriers.
• Create, maintain, and provide reports and workflow analysis for the different departments (Operations, KAM, Management) in MS

Excel.

• Analysis of customer logistics flows.
• Analysis of logistics data with a focus on the optimization of existing processes and / or implementation of new processes
