I am a Portuguese-South African citizen with a reputation for developing and growing businesses to exceptionally high standards through effective customer service and product management and sales. After 30 years as a retail manager, I have developed an invaluable set of skills and understanding of staff management, sales, product advice, procurement, marketing, retail design, financial systems, business operations, and customer service - to name only a few.
