The most important skill that I have is knowing when and how to communicate. I have a 30 year experience of working with all kinds of people , locals or from all around the world, with different social-economic backgrounds, with multi-cultural contexts, etc... Therefore, I had to learn when to speak and when to listen.

I believe that overspeaking can easily became a source of misunderstandings. All my life experiences made me a wise communicator. I lived abroad , in Sweden for 2 years and I'm very found of swedish way of life.

Responsible for developing comprehensive and compelling content for social media, institutional stakeholders (regulator, government, universities) and other key targets. Advisement in communication strategic planning. Planning and implementation of institutional events for media and key opinion makers. 

I started my professional career in 1993 as a PR Assistant at a private television channel (TVI), providing support in events and guided tours. From 1995 to 1999, I was Marketing Assistant in a Marketing Department of a medical equipment seller company . In 1999, I had an experience in an insurance company as a Marketeer. This was followed by an experience in a Media Relations agency. In 2003, I returned to marketing until 2011 when I faced a new challenge, that was living in a Nordic country – Sweden. When I returned to Portugal, I dedicated myself to the management of a health unit. I left when the company was purchased and I’ve been working on my own producing relevant content to social media and digital platforms.
