We are Borboleta, a neighborhood gem near Palácio de Cristal in Porto. Founded by the dynamic duo Yana Korzun and Katya Plotnikova, we offer a unique dining experience with an open kitchen and a charming garden filled with fruit trees. Chef Katya, our culinary mastermind, sources fresh local ingredients to create signature dishes like beef tartare with smoked eggplant cream, tiger prawns with tahini and garlic confit, and pan-seared pork chops from our local butcher.

Our bistronomic concept prioritizes high-quality ingredients and authentic flavors. We embrace local culture and personally connect with all our suppliers. At Borboleta, quality and limited quantities go hand in hand, ensuring a unique dining experience for each guest.

We are an international team, coming from diverse backgrounds: Russian, Ukrainian, American, Argentine, Portuguese, Italian, and French.
