Responsible for launch and growth of hyperlocal express delivery, managing product, operations, analytics, development, design, and early-stage sales.

• Launched and grew experimental product from 0 to 120k deliveries monthly in half of a year being profitable
• Directed the product roadmap, strategy, and vision for an Uber-like delivery service, while also managing a cross-functional product team
• Successfully made a merger (product and operations) with an acquired company delivering 250k deliveries monthly
• Held sales negotiations with large enterprise food delivery companies (KFC, Pizza Hut, and others)

Borzo Delivery 2019 – 2020

Responsible for building part of the express delivery product.

• Decreased 2x times the median deviation of the delivery time for express intra-city delivery, which resulted in improving 2nd month customer retention by 10%
• Developed a routing simulation model, which allowed to calculate pricing for enterprise clients based on their volumes
• Launched product in the new country (Vietnam), onboarded team to support daily operations

Borzo Delivery 2017 – 2019

Leading the development of clients and riders mobile apps for 12 countries across Asia, LATAM and Europe. Managed a team of 3 developers.

• Worked closely to core product team on a new product launch 
• Participated in transition from monofunctional to cross-functional teams structure
• Built CI/CD system, which allowed to automate the delivery cycle for 12 app distributions in LATAM and Asia
• Implemented new riders delivery mode
