• Supervisor at Starbucks, a North American multinational company, with the largest chain of coffee shops in the world, in the center of Lisbon, and responsible for the management and organization of the store and the team;

• Opening and closing of the store, in addition to stock control and management, which consists of the daily production ratio, breaks and waste, ensuring that the stipulated targets are achieved;
