Through academic projects in C I have developed a structured approach to problem-solving and system logic. I am interested in how electrical systems are designed and integrated in industrial environments and want to build that experience in a real engineering context.

Helpdesk Ticket Management System (Full-Stack Web Application)

Ticket management system with user authentication and role-based access control.

• Implemented ticket lifecycle logic, from creation and tracking to management by different user roles.
• Interfaces with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and SQL database operations.
• Focused on structured code between user, IT and admin features.

Hospital Ticket Management System (C)

• Developed a C application to manage scheduled and emergency tickets.
• Implemented structured data models using structs, functions, validation logic and date/time handling.
• Priority-based triage logic and ticket state transitions for attended, unattended and triage states.
• Generated reports for ticket volume, waiting time, counter productivity and consultation revenue.

Telecom Customer Management System (C)

• Developed a management system for customers of TV, internet and phone services.
• Implemented customer records, service lifecycle management, billing logic and cancellation.
• Applied validation rules for tax identification numbers, mandatory fields, dates and invoice values.
• Used structured programming principles to manage client data, service status and service rules.
