I am a hard working profession who always do my best in what
have approximately 2 years' experience working closely with the top management (CEO) of a Software Development company as a Financial Director, advising and ensuring compliance with the best practises, legislation and accounting standards applicable to Portugal including labour matters and visa processes. @• I also act as the Director of Compliance and Company Secretary for the holding company of the Software Development company (international group) and also have 9 (nine) years post graduate experience as a Company Secretary, advising and ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, applicable legislation company, and Corporate Governance best practices for companies. I have experience with the acquisitions, mergers and various other large share transactions. @• I have extensive experience with the preparation of board packs and committee meetings including the minute taking of such meetings. I provide support and statutory compliance an international group of comprising 6 entities in various jurisdictions.
I have also previously supported 6 (six) business with large private holding companies in a group approximately 50 (fifty) entities. @• Historically I also have over 5 (five) years' combined experience as a property and property portfolio manager. @• Historically, I managed 200 (two hundred) properties which included the placing of tenants and compilation of investors' statements. Historically, I represented the Landlord at Rental Court hearings.
