I have just completed my Master’s degree in Management at EM Normandie Paris and have gained hospitality experience at Hôtel Ballu and Hôtel Opéra Richepanse. I also gained digital marketing experience in the restaurant group Groupe Bertrand. Motivated, hardworking, and customer service oriented, I would be delighted to enter a hotel while further developing my skills in a luxury hospitality environment.
I am fluent in English, speak French as my native language and started to learn Portuguese.
During my professional experiences, I specialized in hospitality and marketing. Throughout my studies, I have gained hands-on experience in both hotel operations and marketing within the hospitality and restaurant industry.
I started my career as an Assistant to the General Manager at Hôtel Opéra Richepanse, where I trained across multiple departments including revenue management, reservations, front desk, housekeeping, and marketing. I then started on working an the Hotel Ballu’s restaurant as an extra before expanded role to include housekeeping duties during weekends
I then took on Marketing Assistant roles at Hotels & Préférence, where I Managed website and app interface and researched new hotels to affiliate.
I recently finished working as a Marketing Project Manager Apprentice at Groupe Bertrand Léon Fishbrasserie. In this role, I managed communication strategies across digital and print media, validated editorial calendars, coordinated photo and video shoots, and supported marketing performance reporting for restaurant operations.
My marketing and operational experience in food & beverage service and housekeeping strengthened my guest relations, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
I am passionate about combining my creativity, adaptability, and customer-oriented mindset to deliver outstanding guest experiences, and I am now seeking an opportunity in Braga to contribute to a luxury hotel team.
I just completed a Master’s in Management (2020–2025) at EM Normandie Business School in Paris. This program has given me a strong foundation in business and management, with a specialization in hospitality and marketing.
