I have a creative and innovative perspective and am passionate about UI design, UX research, branding, and content production. In my past position as a communication designer, my main role was focused on marketing and graphic design for external small clients. I also worked on designing new website layouts and landing pages, optimizing user journeys, and making platforms more intuitive and user-friendly.

My work in UI/UX design mainly involved improving existing websites to create a more user-focused experience, leading to higher user retention rates. Companies typically came to us because they faced problems with conversions and results on their platforms. My task was to analyze the platform, understand the user experience, and suggest changes that would improve it, including redesigning content strategy and providing a new information architecture to the platform.

I also designed some websites from scratch, creating personas, building user journeys and flows, developing sitemaps and wireframes, and designing a complete design system.

In terms of content creation, I was responsible for preparing content schedules, developing templates and publications, as well as copywriting. The material could consist of graphics, photography, animations, and videos, and I used Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, among others.
