My aim is to foster global connections and awareness of our DEI initiatives, by bridging a diverse workforce to the overarching company vision. It is my role to ensure that lived experiences are valued and celebrated across the organizations through consistent communication, with the objective of strengthening the employee experience and increasing employee engagement.
I play a key role in understanding and supporting the recruiting needs of different business areas by working closely with hiring managers and people partners. I provide guidance to Talent Acquisition on various aspects of diverse recruiting efforts, including inclusive hiring training and equitable hiring practices. Additionally, I work closely with the Global DEI Manager to plan and coordinate specific DEI initiatives.
I provide support and valuable insights to enhance DEI efforts on a global scale.
