As an International Recruiter at SpotOn Connections, I supported the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting advertisements, researching database, screening and qualifying candidates, formatting CV's, interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews between clients and potential candidates, conducting interview preparation sessions, communicating and negotiating offers of employment and performing reference checks and finalizing the hiring processes. I gained hands-on experience evaluating resumes, assessing candidate skills, and facilitating the selection process. Moreover, I consistently focused on providing a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication and ensuring timely feedback.

As a real estate agent at Remax, the largest real estate agency in Portugal, I developed exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. I thrived in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, successfully closing sales, and exceeding client expectations, being able to boost the sales of the agency, managing to be the thrid-best seller in 2021.

Driven by my passion for HR, I completed a postgraduate degree in People and Team Management and before that I did bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business at the Institution of Accounting and Administration in Coimbra, Portugal.
