Good morning, everyone. I am Flávio, I have a solid experience in customer support, through several jobs I have worked in. Due to my communication skills, empathy, time management and stress, I had the opportunity to arrive at Solution Coach, where I helped my teammates to provide good customer service through feedback.

I live currently in Lisbon, and I have a huge intention to move to Spain, because I consider it a charming country, full of culture and vivacity, things that bring me a lot of motivation, along with this job opportunity, and I hope through it, to be able to give my best currently.
