Software engineer working on LLM-based agents and internal automation, with published research in applied machine learning. First-author of a paper presented at ICE 2026, developed during a research internship at INL on smartphone-based eye tracking. Currently building agent tooling over production ERP data, and starting a master's in Applied Machine Learning in October 2026.

Software Engineer at SUN CITY (2026-07 – Present)

Building and maintaining the company's internal automation and AI tooling. Developed a secure MCP server that gives agents read access to the ERP database while blocking write operations, n8n automations combining agent steps with database and e-mail access, and internal plugins for the Eagle asset management application. Host the supporting services in Docker on a self-managed Linux server.

Academic Internship — Research Assistant at M. Martins Group at INL - INTERNATIONAL IBERIAN NANOTECHNOLOGY LABORATORY (2026-02 – 2026-07)

Built Axion end to end, a cross-platform application that leverages machine learning and served as a proof of concept for a innovative method for measuring saccadic latency with a common smartphone's camera, aimed at Multiple Sclerosis patients.

• Designed video capture, saccade onset detection and trial classification, and ran the validation with 13 participants.

Academic Internship — Cybersecurity and Networking Technician at ELEVEN SYSTEMS (2023-02 – 2023-07)

Performed security and functional testing on internal applications, identifying vulnerabilities and reporting bugs. Conducted network security assessments, including traffic analysis and infrastructure testing.
