• I participated actively in the process of identifying and qualifying Portuguese engineering design companies to provide services to North American public entities.
• Managed and coordinated engineering contracts and projects, reporting directly to the board of directors.
• Developed business strategies, action plans, goals, and objectives for the European, African, and Middle Eastern markets.
• Coordinated and monitored the process of preparing proposals for public tenders, within the scope of engineering services, on the government platforms FedBid and FBO, with a total accumulated value of $3.4 USD and $223 USD respectively.
• Conducted 28 pre-qualification processes for companies, including the analysis of their capacity and technical suitability, for the creation of a group of suppliers of North American public entities, for the Middle East and Africa.

• Coordinated the creation of 4 logistical support centres, namely in the cities of Lubango, Kuito, Matala and Namibe, which made it possible to support operations in the south and southeast of Angola, minimizing costs and transport times.
