I have more than twenty years of work experience in different countries and for the past fourteen years, I’ve been working mainly in Telco industry. I have been developing my career in several big projects with different rolls. I have a good understanding of Telco infrastructure and all the systems around.

For five years, I was responsible for the IT infrastructure and the datacentre of Timor Telecom, a Tier 1 Asian telco operator with particular focus on the Online Charging System. I was also responsible for all the BSS systems, responsible for the development team, the quality assurance team, the network operations center team and also have the ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to prioritize.

I have a very good understanding of LAN/SAN network, storage and backup systems, routing, switches, firewalls and very good knowledge of Oracle databases and PLSQL in complex environments.
