Would like to avail this opportunity to introduce myself as a professional who has been a part of the Airline and Travel Tourism space for 20years. Being part of the Airline industry I have worked for the front and back office in Reservations and Customer care department. I therefore have an experience to deal with all sorts of passenger queries and complaints over phone, email and chats.
I have always been able to resolve passengers issues, making them believe in myself and resultantly trust the company I am working for. I have always been ready to take up challenges and I have been able to deliver beyond what was expected of me. I have been a part of various teams and always helped my fellow colleagues to meet individual and overall targets.
