I'm a Junior Analyst/Software Engineer in Salesforce. My last months working in Salesforce increase my knowlege and made me gaining experience in the Salesforce platform.
I've worked in a few projects that made realized how much I can do with Salesforce.
I'm foccused, determinated, resilient, pacient and my goal is to be abble to create a funcional and useful Salesforce platform that solves an existent problem.
As an Analyst/Software Engineer, I've been part of a team in some projects and some demos,
these last ones were to prove that Salesforce is capable to solve the business problems of the clients.
As Salesforce Administrator I've configured and automated the platform according to the needs of the client, some data management was needed too (reports and dashboards), some security assignments and rules, support for the client, and some presentations to them, of the solutions that were found based on their needs. This support was done based on issues that the client found in the platform and usually, I used an Agile methodology with the help of
Jira.
Some other configurations, more specific for client business were made by developing the components.
I've done a week of intensive training on Mulesoft that finished with a certification.
