Hi! I'm Joana, i'm 21yo. I love animals, travel and listen to music 24/7.

I had the opportunity to work at Musa Makeup and their social media. I created content, contacted other companies for partnerships, influencers to work with us and offer our products. I did customer service via phone, email and social media. Managed networks, created campaigns for social networks, brainstormed for general ideas on how to increase brand awareness and sales.

In addition to experience in social media, I studied marketing and communication, took a higher course in management and international trade, currently completed the Meta course in Digital Marketing and received a certificate and I am taking another google course focusing on google ads, analytics, seo and email marketing to grow professionally.
