Júlia Ribeiro

Hi there, nice to meet you!

I am Júlia, a Master’s student in Organizational, Social, and Work Psychology. I’m also a member of the Human Relations department @InterUp, where I can put into practice everything I learned in my academic path, from recruitment to performance evaluation to team building events and project development.

My passion is to improve employee well-being and engagement, and my way to do that is by getting involved with the projects an HR team can think about, build and improve.

Apart from that, I consider myself a curious and resilient person that yearns to learn from new experiences. That’s why I’m a Brazilian who moved to Portugal at 19 and did an Erasmus+ year in Italy, and that’s why you’ll see me try to learn from Python to Ukulele in my free time.

I'm currently an HR Senior Member at InterUp, a student association that works towards integration of international students. Here I get to be involved in recruitment & selection, feedback processes and the development of HR projects on leadership and member's engagement and motivation.

I'm currently an HRBP Intern at Grupo Salvador Caetano, where I get experience first-hand the reality of a HR in a fast-pacing environment.

I'm a Master's student in Organizational, Social and Work Psychology at University of Porto.
