My background includes an MBA in Management from UPBS-Oporto Business School, coupled with 19 years' solid financial experience (corporate and operational), with a strong knowledge of all P&L positions, BS positions, Imaging Market, Cash and Customer Service (as a profit contributor). On top of my country financial manager responsibility, I have performed 3 years ZBL (zone business lead) finance AT (Advance Therapy) SEU (4 countries: Portugal, Spain, Italy and Greece), acting as business partner for ZBL AT, I accomplished to perform business monitoring and decision making, leading to improvements either in business growth (YoY growth 22%), and regaining market share. I have developed together with Spain an innovative business model for Corindus, as pay per use model leading to the 1st Corindus in SEU in 2020.
As team lead of Operation Redesign 1.0 project, I have used HPS framework, methods and tools, supporting transformation and change management at country/zone (SEU) finance arena (eg digitalization, harmonization, best practice sharing), in areas as: Financial Solutions for Growth, Offer to Order and CRM set up. First as IVV(invivo) finance PT (Portugal) head, second as a Zone Cash Manager and now as ZBL finance AT, I am well-known and recognized in SEU (Europe) financial and business community and know in depth all businesses and financial stakeholders at country and zone level.
