I am a seasoned sales operations and client support expert with over 8 years of experience.

I am on a quest for self-development and advancement while at the same time looking to use acquired skills for the enhancement of the organization. I am skilled in customer engagement, emotional intelligence strategies, complaint resolution, cross-departmental coordination, and people management.

Started as a Data Entry Administrator, and after three years, I transitioned to a Sales/Operations Role for an FMCG firm in West Africa. My responsibilities included troubleshooting clients' issues, complaint resolution, customer experience, administration, data management using Ms. Excel, ERP and CRM Tools, problem-solving and key account management.
