My name is Luis Neves, and I am most interested in pursuing a career within your organization. I am specifically seeking available position you may have for Hotel Director/Hotel Manager. With nearly 40 years in Hospitality, namely five in Hotel/Resort, Food and Beverage Management, lately more than 29 years of experience in Ocean Cruise Lines and the last 3 years on River Vessels.
I have accumulated experience both at the highest level of excellence in Food Service, as well as a deep knowledge and experience in hotel and resort management. I managed from just 10 employees to over 500 employees where each direct reporting population depended on the specialty of the property I represented. Each situation was unique and enjoyable, and collectively I grew and expanded my skills as a Hospitality Management Professional.
My diverse background has given me exposure to diverse and varied cultures and corporate organizations. My references reflect that, with each note, I adapted and showed myself to be flexible and amenable. I consider myself above all a proactive Leader and Manager.
I always look for points of improvement and I don't settle for mediocre results.
